The discovery of truth will hopefully place me on the right side of a good thing. So many things on my mind... I will do a quick brainstorm.
- The looting of American treasure and the coming economic depression will be blamed on "terrorism" and not on the fraudulent fiscal policies and the participating politicians.
- "Terrorism" will become the new communism... innocent people like me will be labeled a threat.
- For the US Economy to continue its never-satisfied-capitalistic-growth, it will have to continue to sell war to the world.
- How can half the American people give the Bush Administration a positive approval rating? It's the Jesus Factor... http://www.pbs.org/wgbh/pages/frontline/shows/jesus/ ... what a chilling situation.
- The 9/11 Commission is a whitewashed joke... the real questions have not been asked.
- As far as I'm concerned the high level members of the Bush Administration should be tried for treason for betraying the trust of the Amercian people.

Independent Media TV - Reuters reported yesterday, that Bush said, "I look forward to giving the commissioners a chance to question both of us, and it will be a good opportunity for these people to help write a report that hopefully will help future presidents deal with terrorist threats to the country,".
Really?
I guess that would explain why you initially refused to create the 9/11 commission for months, until you caved into pressure from the families of the victims.
That would explain why you refused to properly fund the commission.
That would explain why you hand picked everyone on the commission, instead of letting congress appoint them.
That would explain why you kicked off Ex-Senator Max Cleland (D-Georgia) who was the most controversial figure.
That would explain why after months of pleading, that you gave your daily briefing notes to the commission only after they threatened to subpoena them.
That would explain why you refused to let your National Security Advisor testify until you received a great deal a pressure. (Note: She did not testify under oath).
That would explain why you originally refused to testify.
That would explain why, when you finally agreed to testify after intense pressure, that you originally agreed to be interviewed for only an hour and NOT under oath.
That would explain why you will ONLY testify with Cheney holding your hand.
That would explain why there will be no video, no recording devices, not even a stenographer taking down every word your saying.
That would explain why every time the commission has said it needed more time to finish their report you said no, until you received intense pressure.
You must really be extremely stupid if you actually think that the American people believe that you “look forward to giving the commissioners a chance to question” you.

I know there are millions of Americans out there that feel the same way... How did this once great nation go so wrong?! How did our train fall so far off the tracks?
I was once a proud patriot of the United States of America, and now I no longer feel as if this is my home.
Still a patriot, I want to bring about positive change and fight for the values that made the United States of America a shining beacon throughout the world for freedom, justice, and a higher moral code. On so many fronts, I feel that we've lost our way... I've lost my country.
